Marshmallow Crispies

What you need:

4oz. of toffee

1/2 cup butter or margarine

2 cups marshmallows

7 cups of puffed rice

And a 11 x 7 shallow pan

1. Grease the pan with the butter on a paper towel. If you have a slab of toffee, put it in a plastic bag and break it up with a rolling pin.

2. Put the toffee and butter or margarine into a pan. Add the marshmallows. Melt them gently over a low heat, stirring all the time. Note: They will take about 15 minutes to melt.

3. When everything has melted and blended together, take the pan off the heat. Gently stir in the rice cereal.

4. Spoon the mixture into the pan and press it gently with the back of a metal spoon. Leave the mixture to set, that cut it up. Enjoy!
